Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the MiniPaint AI iOS application and associated services operated by MiniPaint AI ("we", "us", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using MiniPaint AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.
2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
MiniPaint AI offers both free access and premium subscription tiers ("MiniPaint Pro"):
- Free Trial: Yearly subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your Apple account will be charged the annual subscription fee.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled in your Apple ID Subscriptions settings at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
- Lifetime Purchase: A one-time purchase grants perpetual access to all current and future Pro features with no recurring charges.
- Management & Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your iOS Settings > [Your Apple ID] > Subscriptions.
- Refunds: Refund requests are processed directly by Apple in accordance with Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
3. AI Color Suggestions & Accuracy Disclaimer
MiniPaint AI utilizes computer vision and color space algorithms (CIELAB Delta-E) to suggest paint matches and recipes. Lighting conditions, camera sensors, and paint batch variations may cause slight perceptual differences. We encourage painters to test colors on a palette before applying them to display models.
4. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
MiniPaint AI and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of MiniPaint AI. Citadel, Vallejo, The Army Painter, Scale75, and AK Interactive are registered trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced solely for descriptive color matching purposes.
5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the application, or use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated. You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by deleting your account and removing the application from your devices.
