MiniPaint AI ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our iOS application collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use our mobile application and related services.
1. Information We Collect
We believe in minimal data collection and local-first architecture:
- Account Information (Optional): If you choose to sign in using Apple ID, we collect your name, email address, and unique user identifier solely to maintain your cross-device synchronization.
- Miniature & Palette Photos: Photos you capture or select from your photo library are processed strictly to detect color zones and generate paint recipes. We never use your images for marketing, nor do we sell or share them with third parties.
- Local Hobby Data: Your recipe lists, paint bottle inventories, and painting session timers are stored securely on your device and synced to your private cloud storage if signed in.
- Diagnostics & Crash Logs: Anonymous performance data and crash reports may be collected to fix bugs and improve app reliability.
2. No Third-Party Tracking Pledge
MiniPaint AI never tracks you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not sell your personal data, nor do we use third-party behavioral advertising SDKs.
3. Cloud Sync & Security
When authenticated, your workbench data is transmitted securely over HTTPS (TLS 1.3 encryption) and stored in dedicated cloud databases protected by row-level security. API credentials stored on your device utilize the iOS Keychain.
4. Account & Data Deletion
You have full control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated cloud recipes, photos, and inventories at any time directly within the app by navigating to Profile > Cloud Account > Delete Account. You may also request deletion by emailing us at hello@minipaint.space.
5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
All subscription payments, free trials, and renewals are handled securely by Apple via the App Store and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your credit card or financial billing information.
6. Children's Privacy
MiniPaint AI does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
